Thank you for being so open about the tenderness that is occurring for you. I can definitely relate to all of it especially the piece around authenticity. Love is such a journey especially the one we have to self. X
Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability, Ruby. As the veteran of a ridiculous and embarrassing amount of breakups, I know what it is to hold on tightly to a relationship to not have to add to that list and face the doubts around ever having a sustainable, secure relationship. It takes such courage and grace to let go when there is incompatibility, and to recognise one's part in things.
Thank you for sharing this even though it is not easy. I appreciate very much that you are determined to share BOTH sides of your life story: the pleasant AND the not so pleasant or painful. It inspires me and helps me. “Not all love stories are meant to be novels, some are short-stories.” - That is a line from Sex and The City series (yes, I know!) that helps me when I find myself yet AGAIN at the end of ANOTHER relationship that I hoped would last. Not that I’ve had that many, I go through long periods of singlehood before I muster the courage to try again, my core trauma around abandonment being quite active. Eventhough painful, my relationship have been and are great teachers - may be some people need one teacher and I need many varied teachers? Anyways, I just wanted to thank you for sharing your struggles, it takes courage and I’m glad you have it. Take care ❤️
Something just does not feel right here. Feminists are not aware of being related to someone elses needs. Feminism is a path leading to truth, to our power and individuality. You will ever loose every boyfriend if you put feminism above relation. Dont get me wrong. Cat
